the original uk issue of let it be - released in 1970 - was issued in a box set - this having the apple catalogue number of PXS1 - this number is printed nowhere on the set - the other variants of let it be are the EXPORT issues - these being most noticeable when issued with the EMI 1 and 2 boxed logos labels - export issuses were also released on the normal apple labels but with the sleeve variation of the parlophone logo on rear and the export issue catalogue number of PPCS 7096 opposed to the normal PCS7096 on the spine

above the box set outer slip case and album sleeve - sleeve having red apple logo on rear ( very few later box set issues did have a green apple logo as the standard 2nd non box set issue - the outer box slip case having no text on front

the parlophone export issue sleeve (rear ) having the emi parlophone logo were the apple logo is positioned on standard uk issues - also the spine catalogue number being PPCS7096 - a 1970s issue in the parlophone sleeve was also released but this had a barcode in the top right hand corner and are much more common - also having the PCS7096 spine catalogue number
